Data Upload & Management

Arithlab provides secure file upload with comprehensive validation and processing capabilities.

Supported File Formats

• CSV Files: Comma-separated values (.csv)

• Excel Files: Both .xlsx and .xls formats with sheet selection

• JSON Files: Structured JSON data

• File validation includes security checks and format verification

Storage & Retention

• Free Plan: 10MB total storage, 48-hour retention

• Pro Plan: 100MB total storage, extended retention

• Enterprise Plan: Custom storage limits with team sharing

• Files automatically expire based on retention settings

• Manual file deletion available in dashboard

Upload Process

1. File Selection: Choose files from your computer

2. Validation: Automatic security and format validation

3. Processing: Column detection and data type inference

4. Storage Check: Ensures you stay within plan limits

5. Ready for Analysis: Files appear in your dashboard

What Happens After Upload

Once you upload a file, Arithlab automatically:

• Identifies what type of data is in each column (numbers, text, dates)

• Counts your rows and gives you basic statistics

• Shows you a preview of your data

• Checks for any obvious quality issues
